Refund Policy

Payment:

Users can select to pay the provider in cash at the time of their appointment or by a third party such as a visa or Mastercard.

Payments made on behalf of a third party source will require users to abide by the terms of that provider. If it applies any taxes may be included. Terms for the use of services will require you to accept and make payments when services are rendered. Any discounts or promotions that may change fees incurred can only be offered or changed at our discretion. Any or all fees or changes are our right to change, remove or institute.

Refund Policy:

Any refunds will be refunded on the same method in which the user used, it applies. All fees and charges are non-refundable and final, provided that Rofancare makes that determination.

If for any reason the user is not satisfied with the services provided by the healthcare providers, refunds will not be granted.

REFUNDS Will BE GRANTED AS FOLLOWS:
  • If the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the time of reservation.
  • If the healthcare provider should not show up or cancels the appointment.
  • If the healthcare provider did not attend the online (video consult), or phone call appointment.
  • If the video health consultation call did not commence due to technical difficulties.
  • Should the user interrupt the video health consultation call? If so, Rofan Care will offer another appointment with the same healthcare provider.

  • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AS FOLLOWS:
  • If the user does not show up for the appointment.
  • If the user did not attend the online (tele consult) or phone call appointment.
