She is a member of the International Council of Ophthalmology. owns Dr. Rania has extensive experience in the field of ophthalmology where she is an ophthalmologist at the National Diabetes Center in Saint Luca Clinics, in addition to her work as a pediatric ophthalmologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Rania also worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Jordan. Dr. received the Professor Walid Eid Al-Maani Award in 2001 from the University of Jordan for "Excellence in the Faculty of Medicine".
