Dr. Muhammad Bashnaq believes that treating pain is not just a prescription or therapeutic needle injections, but rather a comprehensive and integrated treatment according to the best international standards. Dr. Muhammad Bushnaq has combined many factors and experiences in order to achieve this goal and distinction. Dr. Muhammad Bishnaq is a consultant physician in internal medicine, which enables him to link the patient’s pain complaint to its causes and the accompanying pathology through a comprehensive analysis that includes the medical history, clinical examination, and necessary tests. He also holds an American fellowship in pain medicine and palliative medicine, a specialty that believes that treating pain must take care of the patient’s physical, psychological, and spiritual factors. Throughout his career, which spanned nearly twenty years, Dr. Muhammad Bashnaq was interested in applying the latest international standards in the treatment of pain. In addition to following the standards related to prescribing effective and safe pain treatment medications, he began learning and applying different and effective methods depending on the patient’s condition and the nature of the pain, such as regenerative medicine, which is a science that works on using materials that work to restore, nourish, and irrigate injured tissues such as nerves, joints, and ligaments. And muscles, saturating them with oxygen and blood, which acts as an antioxidant, in addition to strengthening the body’s immunity to recover. These materials include plasma, nerve collagen, ozone, mesotherapy, and others. After undergoing specialized courses, he uses an ultrasound guided pain management device in order to achieve the highest levels of accuracy during therapeutic needle injections. These methods have gained a good international reputation among medical circles as they provide an alternative to medications and surgeries because of their rapid and long-term control of pain, in addition to their high safety standards.
Dr. Mohamed Bushnak treats various types of chronic pain, such as headaches, disc pain, joint pain, knee and hip osteoarthritis, foot pain, nerve and muscle pain, and sports injuries.
Dr. Muhammad Bashnaq previously worked at the King Hussein Cancer Center as a consultant physician in palliative medicine and is an associate professor at the College of Medicine - The Hashemite University. He is a temporary expert at the World Health Organization. He is a lecturer at the regional and international levels and has many medical books and research published in specialized medical journals. He is the lead author of the National Palliative Care Program approved by the Ministry of Health.
A certificate of accreditation was granted to Dr. Muhammad Bashnak and another to his clinic from the San Diego Institute of Palliative Medicine for its commitment to international treatment standards.
In addition to Dr. Mohamed Bushnak’s interest in specializing in pain treatment, Dr. Bushnak pays special attention to the concept of wellness and spiritual guidance. He has written about eight books in this field, the first of their kind in the Arabic language and available for free in PDF format, and he has held many workshops and courses concerned with this important and promising aspect under the name of the Adrenaline Initiative. He also established the Arab Academy for Palliative Care and offered many professional diplomas through it, in cooperation with the German Jordanian University. The diplomas include specializations in pain treatment and palliative medicine, wellness, spiritual guidance, management of non-profit institutions, volunteer work, and wellness.
