Dr. Hashem Barakat is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon and Peripheral Endovascular Specialist, holding both the British Board (CCT) and the Jordanian Board in Vascular Surgery. He has over 20 years of combined clinical experience in the United Kingdom and Jordan, providing advanced, evidence-based care for patients with arterial and venous diseases, with a specialized focus on diabetic foot management and limb salvage to prevent amputation.

Dr. Barakat currently sees patients at Abdali Hospital – Amman, one of Jordan’s leading tertiary referral hospitals. He is known for his comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach, integrating open vascular surgery, minimally invasive endovascular procedures, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, aiming to achieve optimal outcomes while reducing complications and amputation rates.
