Sara  Al Badour is a licensed clinical psychologist with the Jordanian Ministry of Health and holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Amman Arab University, Jordan.

Sara  Al Badourhas over 10 years of experience in psychotherapy, mental health services, and psychosocial support (MHPSS) in Amman and Irbid, and has worked with international organizations such as Doctors Without Borders (MSF). She specializes in trauma-sensitive therapy, addressing gender-based violence (GBV), and administering internationally recognized psychological assessments and intelligence and personality tests (MMPI & Wechsler) for children and adults. She is also a prominent trainer and lecturer at Jordanian universities.
